I write you this letter with the greatest of gratitude and appreciation for your legal representation in assisting me in obtaining my permanent residency. As you recall, I have lived in the United States for more than twenty years without proper documentation. Throughout those years I was a productive member of the American society; however I was unable to fulfill my greatest potential in the land of opportunity. Prior to retaining your services, others whom I trusted consistently failed me. Your legal expertise and your determination to uphold the American justice system was truly exemplary and has impacted my life in ways that words can never describe. As a result of your representation , my wife and children now live in peace and tranquility that they know I will not be deported from the one and only place I call home. I am grateful that I was able to fulfill my obligation to perform my pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca, gathering with my brothers and sisters from over twenty five countries around the globe. Once again, I thank you and will always remember you as a fighter for justice and for your zealous representation. My family and I forever thankful.
David is the most helpful, personable, and professional person I've met in virtually any profession whether it be medicine, law, education, the arts, or engineering. He has gone above and beyond for my wife and I on numerous occasions and always provides the most successful and efficient legal counsel. He is the the best in the world let alone New York City! We love him, his father, and we look forward to working with him in the near future.
David is simply the best. Where do I begin... First off, David is a brilliant attorney who is a leading expert in immigration law but more importantly, is a caring individual who at times is also a great therapist during very stressful times. He's literally worked on thousands of cases and has seen it all. His knowledge and compassion provides his clients with an unmatched sense of security and ease. I found David through Yelp reviews and I can relate with every one of you reading this, trying to figure out who to work with and if his fees are worth it. When going through anything involving the government and loved ones, hiring a professional should be a no brainer. Hiring David was one of the best decisions my wife and I have ever made. He was worth every penny. n/ He worked on our case for over a year and ALWAYS made himself available for a quick call or email reply within minutes. I am not kidding - he was always there for us and we feel so fortunate to have found him. He properly guided us through the mountains of paperwork and interview processes. He knew the answers to our questions before we asked him. His fees are totally reasonable and if you were to count the hours/days he spent with us on the phone, in his office, and via email, we probably got the better end of the deal. I've never worked with an attorney who cares so much about his clients and isn't about billing hours to make as much money as possible. He is a terrific attorney and an even better human being. David, we can't thank you enough. You literally made our lives exponentially better through your guidance and all the work you did for us. If you are a prospective client reading this, pick up the phone and hire him now. You'd be a fool not to. He is simply the best in the business. Honestly one of the best decisions we've ever made. Thank You David!!!!
Mr. Gottfried’s understanding of the law coupled with his experience and his trusted name has helped one of my employee attain work permit here in the US. Several lawyers gave up or didn’t even want to take the case and Mr. Gottfried saw what the other lawyers had done wrong and helped us properly pursue his case. He has also helped several of my other employees to attain work visas when the lawyers that my employees went to said they couldn’t be helped. Mr. Gottfried has been invaluable to my company and helped me keep workers that have brought my company to where it is today.
I had a rather difficult immigration situation, being a former ranking diplomat applying during tough immigration times for a Green Card. I discussed it with David and we've worked out the best options for my application on exceptional abilities. I had a solid supporting file, yet we still faced serious challenges. Ultimately, we both worked with a lot of people to make it successful. He contributed decisively on his side. So, David put me in touch with a number of professionals from various fields, who contributed with their inputs tom the file, so that the case goes through. I should also mention a very important aspect - the actual legal part - his legal argumentation was to the point, in fact being so good that it left immigration with no choice but to accept several of our application points. Great professional attitude aside (he replied to my emails in no time and always prepped the things in record time), he is also a good person. I am deeply grateful to him for his professional approach and personal positive (and, even, when necessary, fighting) attitude. Thank you so much for your diligent and speedy work, professional attitude and for humanely helping us! David Gottfried comes highly recommended!
The best immigration lawyer you can find, I believe he is. I spoke with 10 lawyers (including David) about my citizenship case, and 9 of them gave me (different variations of) the opposite advice of what David gave me. I was so confused and stressed but talking with him over the phone and by reading all the reviews on Yelp, I decided to follow David's advise and ignore the others'. To make a long story short, I'm so glad I did! My case was approved as he told me initially. There were some hiccups along the way, but David was so quick to get back to me whenever I contacted him and gave me a solid straight forward advice. Dealing with immigration issues is stressful because it's about your (and family's) life. Having him as my lawyer I had less stress for sure. He's not just a knowledgeable but has a big heart. So if you're looking for an immigration lawyer, don't waste your time. I recommend his service to anyone without any hesitations.
